We affect the business at both a strategic and tactical level. On a strategic level we work with the business to understand our bidder base and gather insights through data and analysis, to build a brand (including communication) that is relevant and engaging, and ensure we have programs in place to drive growth and affect retention. On a tactical level, we do the every-day work to support product launches, auctioneer and bidder communication.
